In 2014 we started to incorporate heirloom albums into our product lineup and really focus on the importance of having a tangible memory of your special day. This year we decided to switch the album company we were using to one that I am completely swooning over! Red Tree Albums out of my hometown of Louisville, KY makes the most stunning albums. I love the wide variety of cover options that they have. They offer super buttery Italian leather, Japanese silk, fine linen and wrap around photo options. My favorites are their lux leathers and Japanese silk fabrics; I love the way they look and feel.
With the surge of the digital age when photos are stored on computers or in the cloud it’s easy to think that we don’t need to have images printed or albums placed on coffee tables. But those pieces are ones that are going to live on through generations. Don’t get me wrong, I love digital and there’s nothing wrong with that, but when they’re just on your computer they are less likely to be looked at often. We want you to come back to your memories again and again and share them with future generations. As years pass and you go through ups and downs in your marriage, we want you to reflect over your love through your album and remember the love you share. That’s why we do what we do. We want to document your story and what better way to display that love than in a book.
These premium albums are offered in our new wedding collections for 2015 and we cannot wait for our couples to take a look.
Here’s a look at the Japanese silk that I absolutely adore. A sample album will be coming shortly with this cover option and I just can’t wait. In the meantime, I wanted to share this little folio that is perfect to display on your shelf or table.
