We met John and Bethany a little over a year ago through our church, The Cove and what an awesome year it’s been! We are so thankful for these two! They are such a great couple to be around; they always bring cheerfulness and encouragement. I love their love of life and devotion to what God is doing in their lives. Bethany and John are advocate for giving back and supporting organizations. Almost every item Bethany wears gives back in some way and they both have a strong passion to help people.

They are also both photographers and they use their talent for images and video to help local organizations, which is I think completely amazing! I was so honored that they asked me to do a little anniversary session for them in their favorite coffee shop in Charlotte, Not Just Coffee! You see, John is a coffee snob and therefore has made Matt and I complete snobs as well to where we will only be happy with pour over coffee or well made lattes.

When we arrived at Not Just Coffee I was very excited to try one of their lattes and I was not disappointed! They were extremely friendly and definitely know what they are doing! This might be one of my favorite sessions to date. John and Bethany were completely casual and relaxed which makes it an extremely fun session! I love photographing couples doing something that they love doing together because they can be themselves and that makes for some natural moments together. I hope you enjoy!
