I have known Mallory and her twin sister Megan since high school but unfortunately lost touch with them until last year when they contacted us about doing a fall session. It was so awesome to reconnect with the two of them and meet the wonderful men in their lives. When we pulled up to the shoot last year and saw each other, it was as if no time had passed and we had so much fun! Now, Mal and Doug are engaged and we are so honored to capture this amazing time in their life!

Doug and Mal met about 10 years ago through mutual friends but nothing ever happened. They went their separate ways and Mal even lived in Alaska for a while. But 3 years ago, when she moved back, they ran into each other at Starbucks and ended up talking for hours. Their first date was at Cherokee park and almost 3 years later that is where he proposed! It was definitely the obvious choice for them to have their engagement session!
