Welcome to another Film Friday! I am so excited to share these images! This is another styled shoot from The Lively Workshop that I attended back in October. I’ve shown snippets of images from this shoot, but today I’m sharing the whole thing! I photographed this entire shoot on film and used my Canon Rebel 35mm camera with Kodak Portra 400 film along with another attendee’s Mamiya 645 and Portra 400 film. The look of film is something that truly cannot be matched. I love the dreamy quality that comes from this medium and I’m thrilled to continue my journey and grow my passion for photography.
Film scans are from PhotoVision out of Portland. Check them out, they are fantastic!
All vendors are listed at the end of the post.
These first set of images are photographed with my Canon 35mm camera.
These next set of images was photographed on the Mamiya 645 with Portra 400 film with very little editing in post.. The images are a little more moody and have more contrast.
