About two weeks ago Matt and I took the plunge and moved away from the DC area after only a year, down to North Carolina to be close to his brother and family. So far, we are loving the Huntersville/Charlotte area! It reminds me so much of Louisville and it instantly felt like home when we arrived. This area definitely has some charm and the people are friendly! I can’t wait to do more exploring!

Being near family is so important to both of us and we especially wanted to be near our three nieces. On July 4th little Grace will turn one! I can’t believe how fast this last year has gone by! My sister-in-law wanted a few photos to celebrate her little firecracker. Maybe I’m bias but Grace is the cutest little baby with the most gorgeous eyes. Here are a few of my favorites…and I’m sure I’ll be taking more very soon.
