I am so thrilled to finally share that we are launching SLP Anniversaries!

This is something that we’ve been working on for a while now and we are so excited to be adding this element to our business. My heart behind this comes from the belief that while marriage can be amazing and wonderful that it’s also difficult and worth fighting for. Each passing year you are together is one where is a have grown closer together, learned more about each other, fought passionately, and loved even more passionately. You know each other better now than you did on the day you say “I do”. We take the time to document the big events in our lives, which is fantastic and should be documented, but it’s the little moments in between that should be celebrated and remembered as well. Maybe this past year has been an amazing one or maybe it’s been one of the worst, but you’ve come out on the other side stronger and better for it. It’s those experiences that strengthen a marriage and should be celebrated. It’s those in between moments that grow you closer together than you ever thought imaginable.

SLP Anniversaries are all about pressing pause on the everyday and allowing you to soak in a moment and dwell in your love for one another that’s stronger today than it ever has been before. We are so excited about this and while there are still some things we’re working, maybe some spoils for our couples…wink…wink, we are thrilled to be launching it today!

We will no longer be photographing families in the formal sense of the session. We want to focus on just the two of you, but sometimes we will have a little one join in can because hey, they are a part of your journey as well. Maternity sessions are one of my favorite things to photograph and they will be a part of our anniversary sessions too!
