Merry Christmas week!! I hope you’re finishing up all your shopping and getting ready to celebrate with family and friends! I still have a little bit left to do and this year we are hosting our first Christmas dinner in our new home! I can’t wait! This time of year is pretty much everyone’s favorite but from October through New Years I’m on cloud nine. The colors, the cool temps, the warm drinks and togetherness; just fills me with joy. I am playing catch up on blogging this week while I finish some other to dos before Thursday. Back in October I had the privilege of photographing my friend and fellow photographer Katie and her husband Paul as they celebrate their first home! They are from my hometown of Louisville, KY and we actually met in a Charlotte photography group when she posted that they were moving from Louisville; I was ecstatic to meet her! We’ve had coffee dates and shopping trips since meeting and it’s so awesome to have someone in my new town from my old one!
