This past Saturday was a winter wonderland!! I can’t tell you how much I love snow; I always have! Growing up in Louisville, KY we had plenty of snow during the winter. Enough that school would be cancelled a few times and I could go out to build a snowman or sled down my hill. There’s just something about fluffy white snow that makes me smile and regress to my childhood. When we saw that there was going to be snow, we didn’t think much of it because we’re in North Carolina and it doesn’t snow much here. The last winter advisory we had was a flurry for about 10 minutes. But when we looked out the window to see giant flakes falling I got excited!! I immediately told Matt that we need to get dressed, put Churro on a leash, and play in the snow! I made sure to grab my camera and snap some photos because I doubt we’ll see this much snow here again for a while.
