Michael and Meagan met back in the fall and instantly hit it off!! They are definitely made for each other and we couldn’t be happier for them! I’ve know Michael for over 10 years because he has been Matt’s best friend for over 20, and so we were beyond thrilled to be a part of their engagement story!! Michael and I planned for him to propose during a shoot that I would set up where they would model for me at The Duke Mansion. We pre-selected a spot where he would pop the question and all we needed to do was get her to agree to model for me. Once she agreed, and she was so excited, we planned out our session. Meagan is a local wedding gown designer and designed the dress she wore for the session! When Michael and Meagan met us at The Duke Mansion, I photographed them for a few minutes before taking them to “the spot”. I then gave Michael the subtle single that we had previously agreed upon, and before she knew it he was down on one knee. She was completely shocked and had no idea it was coming. It could not have gone better!! Michael had designed the ring himself with a stone in her favorite color and she absolutely love it. We then continued on with their engagement session and they finished the evening with a private picnic at the estate. It was such a fun day!
